Most items are available for expedited shipping to decrease delivery time. To determine availability and pricing for expedited options, please call and speak to one of our Sales Representatives.
Note: Expedited shipping for a typical pair of work boots via UPS 2-Day or Overnight generally costs over $100.
We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states within the USA and do not ship to APO, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
Long Creek Outfitters is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise within 30 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment.
Customer pays return shipping costs for items sent back for exchange or refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
For most customers USPS will be the least expensive means to send back a return. Be sure to include your contact info and a brief explanation if desiring to exchange or return/refund.
You are welcome to return or exchange items purchased on-line in-store so long as it is within the 30 days period from date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original Sales Order and Receipt.
