We do not Drop-Ship from our suppliers. All items are stocked in our Retail store in Leon, Iowa. All orders are processed daily Monday – Friday.
Standard Ground Shipping:
We ship exclusively with UPS. All orders require a physical address. We can not ship to Post Office boxes. Most orders are received within 1- 4 Business Days using UPS Ground. *Subject to UPS normal operating conditions.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING:
All orders exceeding $75.00 will qualify for free standard shipping; standard shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Oversized packages such as Saddles, Saddle Pads are excluded from all Free Shipping options.
We do ship Saddles to the lower 48 States within the USA. An additional fee of $60 will be added.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Most items will be available for expedited shipping options in order to decrease shipping time; these options require you to call and speak to one of our Sales Representatives in order to determine availability and pricing. *Please note a typical pair of Work Boots being sent UPS 2 Day or Overnight will generally be in excess of $100.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time. Additionally, we ONLY ship to the lower 48 States within the USA. We do not ship to APO, Military, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Long Creek Outfitters is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise within 30 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment.
Customer pays return shipping costs for items sent back for exchange or refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
For most customers USPS will be the least expensive means to send back a return. Be sure to include your contact info and a brief explanation if desiring to exchange or return/refund.
You are welcome to return or exchange items purchased on-line in-store so long as it is within the 30 days period from date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original Sales Order and Receipt.
