5″ Mouth • 3″ Rings • ⅜” Stainless Double Five Snaffle
Designed for the well-trained horse to comfortably carry all day long, the headstall ring aligns the mouthpiece at a pleasing angle in the horse’s mouth and prevents downward rotation of the mouthpiece when rein pressure is applied. The Double Five copper inlay will increase salivation for a softer mouth. Encourages jaw relaxation due to the limited likelihood the mouthpiece will break down into the tongue or up into the palate, while Golden Glide bushings ensure smooth movement of the cheeks and eliminate any possible pinching. Comparable to an English Kimberwicke without the leverage element. Allow your horse to relax and enjoy the trail as much as you do!
Mullen relief is used on all our snaffle mouthpieces which is a forward curve that creates even pressure across the bars and tongue to eliminate the nutcracker effect. Copper is a soft metal – watch for excessive wear.
Stage A bits are great for starting horses, training, or maintaining steady contact. Aspects include direct reining, non-leverage loose rings and dee rings with mouthpiece diameters 5/16” and over.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Process
We do not drop-ship from our suppliers. All items are stocked in our retail store in Leon, Iowa. All orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday.
Standard Ground Shipping
We ship exclusively with UPS. Key points about our standard ground shipping:
- All orders require a physical address; we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
- Most orders are received within 1-4 business days using UPS Ground.
- Shipping is subject to UPS normal operating conditions.

Free Standard Shipping
All orders exceeding $75.00 qualify for free standard shipping to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Oversized packages, such as saddles and saddle pads, are excluded from all free shipping options.
Saddles
We ship saddles to the contiguous 48 states within the USA.
Expedited Shipping Options
Most items are available for expedited shipping to decrease delivery time. To determine availability and pricing for expedited options, please call and speak to one of our Sales Representatives.
Note: Expedited shipping for a typical pair of work boots via UPS 2-Day or Overnight generally costs over $100.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states within the USA and do not ship to APO, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Long Creek Outfitters is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise within 30 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment.
Customer pays return shipping costs for items sent back for exchange or refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
For most customers USPS will be the least expensive means to send back a return. Be sure to include your contact info and a brief explanation if desiring to exchange or return/refund.
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You are welcome to return or exchange items purchased on-line in-store so long as it is within the 30 days period from date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original Sales Order and Receipt.
