Excluded in these shipping offers are all orders where the shipping address is international, APO/FPO, or non-contiguous US locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders for saddles and oversized orders are not eligible for free or discounted shipping.

Our default preferred shipping method is via UPS - United Parcel Service. All orders require a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship to the lower 48 States in the United States.
In-Stock items are ready for immediate shipment; please allow 24-48 hours for processing before your order ships. On Monday-Friday, orders received before 2:00 pm (CST) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm (CST) will be shipped the following day. Orders are sent via ground service in the continental United States unless you paid for priority shipping. On in-store pickup orders please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and ready for pickup. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup or you can contact us at 641-446-3535 to check and see if your order is ready.
Long Creek Outfitters is not responsible for delivered packages that have been picked up without your approval or potentially stolen. In the scenario that your package's tracking number confirms a delivery by the shipping company and cannot be located, the best course of action is to contact the shipping company and open an investigation. Long Creek Outfitters is not responsible to reimburse a missing package.
Long Creek Outfitters is committed to making sure that you are satisfied with your order! You can exchange or return any merchandise within 30 days of your purchase as long as it has not been worn, altered, product has original tags, a copy of your receipt is enclosed, and there is a brief note explaining why you returned your items. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment.
Customer pays return shipping costs for items sent back for exchange or refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
For most customers USPS will be the least expensive means to send back a return. Be sure to include your contact info and a brief explanation if desiring to exchange or return/refund.
You are welcome to return or exchange items purchased on-line in-store so long as it is within the 30 days period from date of purchase. Please include a copy of the original Sales Order and Receipt.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item that you purchased from Long Creek Outfitters, we recommend the first step is to contact us by sending us a direct message on our Facebook Page including a brief description and images of the item(s). If we are able to determine by the images that indeed it is damaged or defective we will issue you a pre-paid UPS Label to return the items. If we are unable to make that determination by the images provided and you would like us to further review you may be asked to return the items. Please document the costs to return ship the items. In the event we do determine it was damaged or defective we will provide a refund or credit to reemburse the shipping costs.
